Course Description

Communication in the workplace is an important part of all career and pathway choices. Learn the art of effective communication and the various channels it may follow in everyday life. Discover how to assert yourself, share your opinions and to communicate as part of a team. Listen effectively, reflect and report, and develop confidence speaking to an audience. This course will help you with those soft skills that many employers find important and look for from their applicants.
