Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mr F. Harman.
This course, covering Level 2 and Level 3, guides you through the fundamentals of baking, breads, cakes, and pastries. Additionally, it focuses on honing your time management and interpersonal abilities. It's important to note that this course does not provide University Entrance Literacy credits.
